The 100 Black Men of Greater Fort Lauderdale provide student support and wraparound services to help youth achieve successful grade level advancements, on· time graduation from high school, and post-secondary institutions, and to realize their educational personal and professional goals. We accomplish this through our Leadership Academy. The 100 Black Men of Greater Fort Lauderdale engages the students in sessions that facilitate and intellectual growth as well as a better understanding why receiving a quality education is so important. Our Leadership Academy incorporates the four pillars of the National organization which are Mentoring, Education, Health & Wellness and Economic Empowerment.
